"All staff members we interacted with had great customer service. They were all extremely helpful. The breakfast bar was set up so you could easily see what was available and I loved the freedom of taking it to my room to enjoy on the balcony. The coffee, tea and cookie bar in the afternoon was a nice treat as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans to return with our family."

"kitchen/great room, rooms, beds, bathrooms, deck all great. One note: the pull out bed in the Rec room was too dirty to use-we had a spare blow up so used that instead. Stove/oven in kitchen great. Could not get pizza oven to stay lit even changing tanks to a full one. Could not get BBQ or fire pit to light. Tank was fine-we took it down to the Beach and BBQ'd there. Loved time at TP Beach! Returned access card under large bear on top of pantry cupboard. "
