"Love coming to Northstar! The facility is beautiful! The rooms are great. The communication is easy too. Of course we come during off season, so the downside is a lot of the shops and restaurants can be closed. Some of the pool areas were also closed. Truckee is so close though you have options there. Plus this hotels has activities that you can sign up for some are free and some you pay. I liked the theater option! The scenery around is just beautiful! "

"My family of 4 had a fantastic summer stay! Couldn’t ask for a better location (my kids loved that we could walk to the pool across the street) or hosts! Clean home and well maintained. Cary is a fantastic host, great communication about all the amenities and appreciated the little touches. We definitely plan on returning in the future!"

"The unit was clean and cozy but we ran into one major parking/service issue: Missing parking permit - since the immediate requires a parking permit (they tow cars), we needed a parking permit. When we didn't find any in the unit, we contacted the service that manages the unit. We were told to "look again" and when we informed them that the permits were not there, we were told to wait. Only after 2 hours (while we stood watch to make sure we didn't get towed) did we finally get someone to give...

"Stayed here twice--a couple years ago and recently (a couple weeks ago). Both times, was great. The two masters are great, and the kids enjoyed their own hideout--the loft area, which has twin bunk and a pull-out sofa, and TV. Very clean, and great communication with the owner from the instant I booked to the time I left. Feels more spacious than the photos, feels like a stand-alone home. A stone's throw from Tahoe Donner. Would definitely book here again!"
