We didn't get to use the game room in the other house, but it was super spacious and could fit another host of folks (10+ ppl). There were plenty of restrooms/bathrooms, and sleeping rooms. "The price is reasonable, and there is central ac. The location is good, and the laundry is great. But the house is showing its wear in places. Every step sounds like a herd of animals as many floorboards creak loudly at every step. The house was caked in dust, and none of the linens were set on any of the beds, which was an annoying inconvenience. That said, the Manager brought back the cleaners and replaced the ac filter upon our loud complaints. I found the AC system filter the recycling bin...

"Wonderful two weeks in Twain Harte. The large lot was great for the kids to play in. We had deer visit every night. Great location - close to all Twain Harte has to offer. Loved the large deck where we were able to hear the live music coming from the town center on the weekends. Our large group appreciated the two full baths and the washer and dryer was so convenient. Gail was an amazing host. Hope to return here again! "

Enjoyed Pinecrest Lake, Twain Harte Lake, the fantastic pool and hot tub at the house, miniature golf i. town, and family BBQs on the deck. We had an incredible week in this lovely mountain home. It is a beautifully updated classic home with all the amenities one could want, but it maintains that quaint and charming Twain Harte feel. Our family loved it!!"
