First, the good. The hotel is right in front of a bus stop which runs every 30 minutes to Times Square. The ride time is about 20-35 minutes depending on traffic. Front desk folks were very polite and helpful with requests for extra blankets and pillows. The front desk also helped us out quickly when our room's bathroom clogged. Good for tourists on a budget. The bad, this hotel looks like it was last remodeled in 1992. The hotel staff ignored multiple requests that our sofa pull-out mattress be changed despite it being gross and having pee stains on it. The bathroom clogs. Overall, it looks like it's well overdue for a deep cleaning.

The room wasn’t modern but it was clean. It was a very clean hotel and breakfast was good. The shuttle and staff were very Nice. I would stay again, bed was comfortable and just overall nice .
