"Overall excellent stay. Good parking options and very clean rooms. Spacious rooms and clean toilets. Located near many restaurants and eateries. Lots to like. Only problem is the breakfast room. It's a joke. For such a large hotel the dining room is exceptionally small. Hardly can hold 30 people where 100 people come for breakfast at one go. Another suggestion is to avoid giving round bar soaps as it can get unhygienic for many people to use the same soap. They can do squeezable body wash just...

"The hotel was as good ask you could ask for. Clean and neat. Beware of CERTAIN personnel. 3rd shift. I came to town at about midnight and after looking ALL OVER for a hotel that does not make you wait until 3pm (WTF??????) to check in I booked online and was turned away at 4am. Had to walk around until the office opened(?????)."

"Best location. However, this hotel is very old and dated. If that's a concern make sure you book a room in "The Pines" renovated part of the Hotel, rooms are nice with a modern contemporary decor. Great cafe down stairs and cool roof top. Michael was great and was nice enough to upgarde us to the renovated room at no extra charge. Happy New Year!"
