"My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!"

"If you want to be away from the main town buzz, this is the place! Although it takes about 45 minutes to get to the state park, or a long time to get to any attractions, restaurants, etc., it provides the 'get-away' in a relaxing atmosphere. "We had an amazing weekend here! We went in early October so the lake was extremely quiet and peaceful. A lot of times pictures on listings look better than the real thing, in this case I think it's the other way around! It's hard to capture in pictures the nearly 270 degree view from the living and dining room, it's beautiful. Clear Lake can also get really hot but even in the middle of a heat wave we were quite comfortable between the house being well shaded, and the AC in the rooms. The...
