"I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The club lounge is basically free dinner in the evenings, in case you don’t want to eat out. However, the best part of the lounge was AN, who works there. She was incredibly attentive to my business and personal needs while I stayed there. I joked that she was more of a concierge. Honestly, she made the best ça phe da I had my entire years of coming to Hanoi for business. I ventured often to Pharaoh bar too during my stay. One of the best jazz clubs in Hanoi. I will definitely stay again. One warming, beware the elevators…it’s a process as you have to one elevator to another if you have club access. I got embarrassingly lost twice. "

"The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm."

The bunker historical tour was so good; and our guide explained the storied history and the significance of the Metropole, bringing it to life for us. Lastly, the staff is exceptional and friendly. Literally, every single employee we encountered was fantastic. "
