"We chose this resort because our grandson wanted waterslides..however the bigger slide was damaged and not usable as was one of the restaurants..that we had booked in after we got to the resort. The main pool was really murky ...compared to the adult pool. The room was clean and grounds were well maintained by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some guests made the stay irritating but that's not the resorts fault. We would definitely book through Expedia..gave us a perk...as it...

"The staff were welcoming and it was a hidden paradise. The accommodations were incredible. We had a two floor suite and it was so clean and comfortable. The staff helped to ensure that we were comfortable and acclimated to the area and how to get around. Plenty of places to eat and venture to. We also did a glass bottom boat ride that was arranged by the resort staff and the boat picked us up at the end of the dock. Incredible!!! We will definitely go back again. "

"I would like to start to say how beautiful and clean and well taking care of this property is! No complains there, however I have to say some negative things about the food. First, we felt food was limited compare to our last stay here7 years ago, for an example, a B/F, if you'll come between 7am - 8am, you'll get a chance to choose from more varieties of pastries. "The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is amazing. The bufete restaurants have food for everyone, but they play horrible music (all songs are sang by the same female in a horrible jazzy/ lobby tone). The App sucks, sometimes it works, some times it doesn’t. The availability to book specialty restaurants is very limited ( not sure if it is an app issue or booking capabilities of the restaurant).
