"The Empire has a great location! We were going to Lincoln Center and it is just across the street. The staff was helpful, checkin/checkout went smoothly. I'm not a fan of them putting a $150 charge on my credit card, but they did eventually remove it. The room was decent size and the bathroom fine, but there were rips in the carpet and some wallpaper that was peeling off. The a/c had trouble keeping the room cool and it wasn't very hot outside. Due to location, we'd stay there again."
