"The staff was so kind from the maids to the bartenders to the servers and everyone in between. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and just easy to get around. Best of all was the bang we got for our buck. We will for sure be going back."

"The property was in good condition. Two things I did not like was our room was not ready by 3PM as advertised. We did not get into our room until after 4pm. Additionally check in and check out took a very long time. If you could find a way to automate those procedures that would save time. The other thing I did not like was how slippery the tile got when it was wet. I even fell my first day there. As it is a resort with both pool and ocean, I would think non-skid tile would have been...

"The service is terrible. Everything is extremely slow with no enthusiasm. However they include hefty service charge into prices, without delivery the corresponding level of service. I would not recommend to stay there. "

"Loved the staff. Our concierge, Ramon, was very friendly and professional. All service and housekeeping staff were great and friendly. Special callout to Adrian “Rocky Balboa” at Spoons buffet, he lights up the room. Food was good, beach was great, beautiful property. "
