"Liked the beach the pool the food and all the amenities."

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Loved the serene aesthetics of the property and all the water features, especially their Koi fish pond. Our rooms were very clean comfortable bedding. Wish the pools were heated, adding a hot would be nice. Either way we loved our stay and will be back, TY"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be enjoyable. The rooms were really pretty, great bathrooms! it was quiet and the beds were comfortable (but the sheets weren't as soft as I expected). The renovation that has been done since hurricane Maria is very high quality. The resort is large and has a lot going on, especially for families. The staff was nice and mostly very helpful. "The property is very beautiful.. one thing o observe was the entrance to the lobby was leaking heavily due to heavy rain.. I think they management need to have this issue resolved immediately.. the dining room staff were very helpful.. I would like to acknowledge two individuals who went above and beyond for me and other guests.. Yanique that works in the evening and Mikale that works breakfast in the morning.. I hope I spell their names correctly.. they both work in the main dining room...
