"Chelsea pines was a nice inn with very kind staff! They were a great help, especially Madison and the man who helped me on the phone. I do think the stairs are a lot if you’re on a higher floor and there was a bit of a smell from the disinfectant they were using, but that’s how you know it was clean! For the price and no-nonsense, it was a good place to sleep after walking and subway-ing manhattan on my solo trip! "

"Very nice quaint hotel in a nice area. Staff went out of their way to help. Restaurant was very good. Really nice atmosphere with live singer in the foyer in the evenings. Rooms were a little small and dark (lacking enough lighting in the room), but good for Manhatten. "

"The exterior is a New York hotspot with restaurants surrounding the hotel. The entrance is slick as well as the lobby. Staff was accommodating. For such a pricey hotel I expected a smart tv in the room with streaming platforms. The room was spacious with a beautiful and huge soaking tub with a glass partition that makes the king room feel like a suite. The mid century furnishings added a twist of elegance and efficiency.
