"Great stay"

"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). "We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."

"We loved our stay at the flat. Our family of 4 was very confessor comfortable. All rooms were updated, fresh, and clean. We would stay hear again. There were plenty of local restaurants, 3 markets, and a 5 minute walk to the trains. Great spot!"
