"From the moment we stepped into Malmaison to leaving fantastic service. We were upgraded to a club room and gifted a free drink voucher too at check in which was such a wonderful touch. When checking out the lady was warm and very friendly and even manged to find out what that amazing smell is that they pump round the hotel is. So thats just cost my husband a bit extra as just brought Arran scent for the home. Thank you to the hotel staff as they made our stay so relaxing, just what we needed. "

"I found my room really clean, but i was a bit concerned that the room was a bit too hot through the night, apart from that i really enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was nice as well, definitely staying again in 1 of these hotels.."

"Can’t complain. Reception was quick and straight forward for checking in and out. Room was clean with a good sized bathroom and shower. Beds were comfy, but had better pillows. Overall good night sleep. "
