The staff was amazing, patient, and extremely helpful especially when I needed to send my luggage to an AirBnB in Tokyo instead of lugging it around with me in public transportation. Super convenient if you want to go to the crowded places in Gion district early in the morning since they are such a short walk from the hotel."

"The property is in great location in Gion which is walkable to a lot of tourist attractions. It’s not too far (15-20 min walk) from the Nishiki market. There is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel and the closest train station is about a 12 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and having a sauna in the room was very nice. There is free laundry machines by the lobby, however plan accordingly because the dryer takes 3-4 hours to dry a load. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay...
