"Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. "I spent six night at Aira Boutique, four before a Halong Bay cruise and two after. The first four nights were in one of the larger rooms, with a balcony at tree level above the main street. The last nights were in a regular sized room with a tiny balcony without much of a view. Both rooms were great. "This was our second time here. The hotel is great, in a GREAT location. To save money we did the windowless room which I wouldn't do again. You have no concept of if it's 8 at night or 8 in the morning. Bathrooms are quite small, but the shower is great. Bed is super comfy. There is a mini bar. Breakfast is outstanding.
