"Beautiful views of the river. Peaceful setting, walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Tatami was comfortable, the bathroom dated. The onsen and staff were great. "
"Nice new hotel located just a short walk from train station. Friendly service, clean and with a surprisingly spacious room. Good place to stay if you are looking to spend the night in Uji"
"I would mot recommend this accommodation. The location is great, but it is barely enough equipped, not very clean, and there is no other way than to disturb the host to get in the house every time you come in. It could be a nice place to stay if the host improves it, but as it is, it is definitely not worth the price! "
"This is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Feels like a cozy home. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent as well, 5 minute walk to Tofukuji station which will connect you to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this amazing place."
"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"Great place, very easy and convenient for Kyoto station and lots of food options nearby. Bathrooms and showers were super clean, and the room was very cozy. "

"We appreciated the amenities and the proximity to the Family Mart across the street as well as other convenience stores. The vending machines inside and outside the hotel were a great placement. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. 😊"
