"1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel. It was very stuffy in the summer. 4. I am allergic, so I brought my own sheets, they disappeared after cleaning and the hotel...

"The staff was there to help 24 hours a day and were very friendly. They served a good breakfast and dinner when I ate at the hotel restaurant. They arranged transportation when needed. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Overall a great experience. "

"Fantastic hotel for a stay before flying from Heathrow. I’ll never use an airport hotel again. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Food was great and we were lucky enough to be there on a Monday for the quiz which was lots of fun. "

"Booked as part of a friend's 50th birthday celebrations. Location is very convenient for Westfield white city or the itv/bbc studios nearby. There was a conversation about decorating the room with some balloons etc for my friend. This was also printed in the leaflet the hotel emailed to me, a few days before we checked in. However when arriving at the hotel, they said this had not been done and they did not have any decorations. Do not offer things, if they cannot be provided as it just gives...

"Was a very nice stay my wife loved the comfort of the bed didn’t have breakfast as was to exspensive. For the price it’s worth having to catch bus in to city or tube ."

"A great stay , great clean room , only issue the shower either red hot or freezing cold , I had the cold shower which very brief , I’m guessing that was one of the eco initiatives, but it didn’t affect my stay"
