"We had another fantastic stay at the Strand Palace. We came here last year as the hotel is lovely and location is perfect for us, so decided to stay again for our anniversary. I asked for an early check in which I think was arranged. However, due to train delays we didn’t make it in time to check in early due to having a show to watch so we left our bags in the room whilst we enjoyed that. Checking in we was gifted a room upgrade which was a lovely touch, this overlooked the main road and Savoy. Inside the room there was a balloon and chocolates with Prosecco - what a lovely touch! Thank you so much for another fantastic visit. We will definitely be stopping by again in the future! "
