"I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s a clean and very friendly warm place to stay in a fab location. It’s only a 4 minute walk from Paddington station, a 20 minute walk to Oxford Street and a 10 minute walk to Hyde Park. We enjoyed our scrambled eggs every morning. Make sure to arrive at breakfast before at 8.30 because they don’t serve scrambled eggs or porridge after 8.30am. "

"The reception staff we're very friendly, and helpful. When i checked in Bahnu sorry the spelling told me about the places I was looking for and what to do. After the 2nd night Stephanie and I sat for a bit and discussed things I was looking for the next day. Stephanie was very kind and helpful! Now lets talk about Dimitri who helped me figure out about the heater and big step for the tub... When I arrived in the evening, Dimitri help me figure out how to get food for my dinner. Great customer...
