"Stunning views everywhere on this gorgeous property overlooking Banderas Bay. It was peaceful and quiet and never seemed crowded. There was none of the “chase for chairs” around the pool that resorts seem to be plagued with and plenty of towels as well. The only negatives were as follows: 1. While it was very pleasant to sit on our deck, the chairs provided were hard and uncomfortable 2. It was impossible to find a full menu with price list. "Barcelò was gorgeous! The scenary around the resort was very beautiful. Food at the Italian was delicious along with Spanish. Steak house was a bust! Service around the resort by servers was good along with the cantina. Beach and ocean were gorgeous and very quiet. Boat traffic wasn’t to terrible either. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! "

"Great location and comfortable bed. Poor noise insulation however. Thankfully we had a white noise machine to help us sleep but noise from the hallway and waterfront crowds was loud and distracting. Safe initially didn’t work but staff was helpful and promptly resolved the issue. Great stay, maybe request a room on a higher floor."
