"We stayed here for one night while passing through. We brought our toddler along so we wanted a hotel in a safe area and close to public transport access. The stop is right across the street. It’s a short ride to Fisherman’s Wharf and surrounded by all the high end stores. We felt safe walking at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our daughter really enjoyed the glass elevator view! Nice, quiet hotel in the heart of Union Square. I’d stay here again in the future. "

"I stay here for business often. Location is central to what I need. Hotel is Tastefully done and well kept. The major reason that I come back over and over again is the staff!!! Most ESPECIALLY the morning do I g team and several of your front desk team members. They.are.excellent!"

"We always stayed at this hotel when it was "The Sofi Hotel", but was a bit hesitant because of a couple of so-so reviews, but we decided to give it a try. We were greeted by friendly staff upon entering. We checked in an hour early- No problem as room was ready. The room was very clean and the linens were plentiful. Coffee maker worked great and coffee was good. We were so busy, that we didn't get to try the restaurant and bar, but we'll be back, so next time! The Coffee Shop had excellent coffee and almond croissants! Keep up the good work, it is noticed!"
