"It was quiet; I needed a place to stay before surgery the next morning. I did not like that there was no soap to use to take a bath and had to go ask for some from the front desk. Then the bathtub plug did not work. It was a challenge to take a bath needed before my surgery."

"Everything is very good I love the house keeping service but the front desk women she don't I have patience I went to ask spoon door was not opening I knock the door she was very angry for knocking and she said coffe will be available after 7 in the morning but was not and when I went after 7:30 she was staring me.like weird look like I was begging for that."
