"The Hotel & Service was great. We needed to use the fold out couch which was more of a fold out chair. Im not a big man at 5'4" but that fold out was much to small for even me and the matress was in poor condition I could feel every spring and bar in it! It was so small you would roll off with very little movement, had to stay put. The Hotel itself was nice, clean, Queen Bed very comfortable. But be very concerned if you are adding in that fold out for one of your guest. "
