"The service was friendly and helpful and they made check in/out quick and easy. It is a short walk (10 minutes or less) from La Cumbre Plaza that has shops and restuaturants. The hotel has a mexican restauraunt right next to it that had delicious food. The rooms were very clean and It was cool that the hotel keeps a Santa Barbara aesthetic to its design. The pictures make it look like its a lot bigger than it actually is, its in a pretty tight spot, but overall very nice and would recommend for a weekend stay in Santa Barbara. "

"Quaint and cute, walking distance to everything. We had a king bed room, with a pull out couch in a separate room. Had a mini frig and microwave. Bedroom had a heater/air conditioner. Living room had an electric fireplace for heat. Spacious bathroom. Ice and water fill up station on the property. Only negatives we found was there wasn't a tv in the bedroom, only one in the living room. And the blinds didnt provide the same darkness we prefer, would've preferred blackout curtains. Later checkout was nice too (check out isn't until 11am) so you have plenty of time to go grab breakfast, coffee, or go to a bakery in the morning if you want. Would highly recommend!"

"The hotel although the lobby was being remodeled the rooms were newly refurbished. Only things i didn't like shower head was too low im 6'4 and if i wasn't careful i would hit my head on it. Also tv was wall mounted to the left of bed not very comfortable for watching and there were 2 hooks to hang towels on at entry point of shower which towels would get wet while showering no hooks or bars for hand towels in bathroom seems odd"
