"There are times where there are mass arrivals, which seems to occur daily. This can make getting the attention of staff a challenge at times. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay. The concierge was very helpful and everything seems really easy to get to in San Diego."

"This property offered all the right things for the right price. While the area it’s in is less than charming and not at all walkable to any tourist attractions if you own a car it’s not that bad. Be prepared to set expectations accordingly as a budget brand. The area immediately outside of the gated hotel has transients and is situated within an industrial sea of businesses. Also, no other amenities other than breakfast and a clean bed to sleep. Look elsewhere if you want a pool, restaurants, or more of an activity hotel. "

"The hotel was impeccably clean, as was our room. It has a very chill vibe, which was perfect for our trip to the San Diego Zoo...however I would DEFINITELY stay as a business traveler as well. Check in was easy and the VIP perks were really a wonderful addition! We weren't impressed with The Cafe's food. It was mediocre at best and was incredibly expensive. There were amazing restaurants nearby and walkable. I will ABSOLUTELY return to this hotel again! The staff are just fantastic!"
