"We just got home today from our annual girls trip. This was an excellent property! The staff were amazing! All very friendly & very helpful. Eduardo was our personal butler for our stay and he was so helpful with managing our activities and making sure our room was just right! We also met Cesar who was another guests butler & he was so kind and helpful to us as well! Serenity Club is the way to go! We stayed in a two bedroom suite & we were so happy we did-again perfect for our girls trip! The pools were perfection! The entertainment & activities were so fun. The food was top notch. I only wished the beach was “cleaner” it had so much seaweed that you really couldn’t enjoy the water-I feel like it could’ve been raked up in the mornings but… it’s not a reason to not come back because we WILL be back! "
