"Google hotel website is different from the real situation. Like construction, Restaurants open hours and Snack bar open hours. They need to let people know how to use app in google website. We found after 2 days. But i love their service. All staffs are perfect. Room was clean and view was awesome."

"The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They will go above and beyond to help make your stay more relaxing, enjoyable and stress free! My husband and I came here for our 20th wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special with a lovely little note and a small gift. :) One day we bought some blow up mattresses to sit on in the ocean and a staff member saw us holding them and without us even asking he took it upon himself to have them blown up for us! All of the staff work so hard and value a clean environment. The food was amazing as well! Lots of different varieties to choose from. However, we would have liked to have had a little more authentic Mexican foods (there were some in the buffet area but we were hoping for more of an actual meal/restaurant). They definitely cater to tourist and everything we had was wonderful! We recommend the portabella burger at the steak house - SO GOOD! We also really enjoyed the Mariachi band at lunch (unfortunately they only had this one day while we were there, we only stayed 5 days) and the dancing through the ages show that played in the evening on Sunday. All in all we had a WONDERFUL visit and we can't wait to come back! Thank you RIU Cancun for making our anniversary one to remember! :-) "

"This resort is lovely! From the monkeys swinging around outside the balcony to the restaurant choices. If I had to say something that could be improved, it would be the nightly entertainment theatre, the shows were late and not to the standard I would expect from the hotel. We would definitely return!"

"I have stayed in many all inclusives, and Gran Fiesta Americana Coral Beach definitely wins the top spot! They were fantastic - so many amenities, beautiful new restaurants (the Argentinian steakhouse was AMAZING) and so many events and activities. The pools and beaches were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Great staff and made our experience memorable by going above and beyond every time. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Cancún resort! "

"This property will be great for a family or business person who likes quiet and solitude. The hotel is far from everything and will cost a fortune in transportation but if you have your own transportation everything is quickly accessible. I only had 1 negative thing that was not the hotels fault: on my way to or from my room i would pass a room where i am comvinced the woman used a bottle of perfume a day and it would give me a headache."
