"This is our second trip to Japan and decided to stay near the Shin-Osaka train station, within 9 minutes of walking distance. easy access to all locations. The area around hotel has limited shopping, however, at the train station we found over 30 restaurants, shopping, etc. The morning breakfast at the hotel is an absolute plus. We were very impressed with the customer service, as well as the complimentary refreshments (the coffee machine was amazing), free necessities as needed (toothbrushes, hair brushes, lotion, etc) and most importantly…free access to the lounge which may have been for a limited time.
