"Interesting check in! Apparently the hotel ran out of keys so the staff member at the front desk had to open the door for everyone that was checking in that night! The staff member kept his cool and still offered great customer service to everyone that was waiting. Obviously it wasn’t his fault he delivered his job to the best of his ability, he was also by himself, so excellent customer service on his part. But the site should have at least two people specially on Fridays and the weekends. ...
