"The hotel was excellent, and in the heart of the city, close to many attractions. The staff were excellent. I arrived early for check in (3 hours) and the front desk associate, Tuana, who was a trainee went above and beyond to allow me the option of early checkin. All staff were responsive to my questions and willing to help without hesitation. "

"My sister and I stayed here for our 10 day vacation in London. It is the perfect location being close to restaurants, the tube and Hyde Park. The room was big enough for the both of us and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel restaurant was a nice place to have breakfast and we also had dinner and tea. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you"

"Great property. Don’t be fooled by the outside (needs an update) the inside is very nice, classy and professional. We got a room with view of the runways to watch planes coming & going. Fantastic! Windows are doubled up for soundproofing but some noise does come through. Didn’t bother us at all. The windows could use a cleaning between the glass of the inside & outside panes to improve the view. I would stay here again. "
