"We stayed in this hotel over the thanksgiving hotel. We arrived early but were not able to get an early check in, however, they held our bags and let us take a load off in the relaxation room in the spa. We had the family superior room and it was amazing. We had our own space but still were together in adjoining rooms. With the door open, we could speak across the rooms and go back and forth as we pleased. It was great for getting ready in the morning because we didn’t have to fight over the bathroom because we each had our own. This hotel is in a great area on the southbank and we were able to walk along the Thames to the various food vendors. There were taxis stationed out front at all times when you were ready to leave (except Sunday when we had to leave early for the airport) and also the hotel was close to the metro. Beautiful hotel with accommodating staff. Would stay here again. "

"Lifts could do with upgrading given the size of the hotel. Good central location- near Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and the theatre district. Enjoyed our stay, 3 nights."

"The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was amazing, and the dining room has views of the River Thames. The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"Excellent location for tube, trains, buses and Gatwick Express. Lots of good options around. Also close to a few theatres. I chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight from Gatwick and the train was easy to catch."
