"The hotel is in great location. The earls court station is a 5 minute walk. We had the choice of The picadilly and district line to take into london. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe studio which was perfect for 2 of us. We had a large refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, kettle, toaster, stove which we wanted. If youre expecting a ritz carlton this is not it but it was perfect for us. We felt more like locals vs tourists. I would stay again and would recommend."

"Hotel is in a fab location. Rooms we had was very small, which I understand due to building age and dynamics. Staff were nice, breakfast. Was average, food was hot and tasted fine. Typical English breakfast, no real complaints. Found it strange there were no usb plugs in the room. ( minor for me). Most hotels do have them installed above plugs. Overall. A nice stay. "
