"The property, service and cleanliness was excellent. Abu, the bartender at the bar off the lobby was the best!! I’ve never seen a bartender run a bar solo like he does. He is also kind, funny and converses with his customers. Edgar is a waiter who we had the pleasure of having him serve us a few times. He was very efficient, remembered our food and drink preferences and very friendly! "

"The spa was amazing. All restaurants were good. Coffee shop and buffet breakfast were great. The concierge in the main reception was very helpful. Loved the outdoor area of swim up room. The only downside for us was the very musty smell of our clothes, bags, cases etc when we returned home."

"I enjoyed my stay at this property, very family friendly, staff were amazing going above and beyond specially Marcela at the lobby bar and Gaspar at the pool. Food was delicious, beverages good quality as well. I did not like the people trying to sell the resort benefits-plans. We attended a presentation and we said not first thing but they were very persistent and kind of harassing us to buy their plans. We met with three people for 2 hours when they told me it was just a 90 minutes...

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facility was always clean. Having umbrellas and loungers at the beach was a nice touch. The beach had a life guard that made the area feel safe. The Mexican National Guard also patrolled the beach, which made me feel safer on the beach. There was a different show to whatch each night and the performers were very talented. "

"We loved our stay. Property was beautiful and clean. Staff were kind and fun! Frieda was awesome at bringing the fun bingo games! All staff service with a smile not one rude person! Food was excellent. The Mexican show was great! Our room was so beautiful hands down the most beautiful room and view I have ever experienced. We took our teenage kids this time. It was safe for them to go on resort by themselves. If you go here you have to get your beach chairs early as they will all get reserved....
