"The stay was great except we lost the internet and cable for about 12 hours. Communication with manager was excellent; very responsive. The heaters are pretty weak.... had to turn them up to 'Hi' to keep warm. We stayed upstairs and managed but if anyone had even downstairs they probably would have been quite cold."

It was super easy check in, and after having a wonderful lunch at the Ritz Carlton the first day, all of our meals were at the house.
