"Clean and convenient property located close to the beach. For a Motel 6 it was definitely high quality. Staff was able to allow me an early check in for a small fee of $25. It was very appreciative after a long drive. "

"Overall property was as advertised. Very clean. Cute public/play areas. Walls a bit thin. (They give you ear plugs) No comp water bottles in room, but there’s a Water fountain in the lobby, though the Lobby/front desk was locked up at 11am with no explanation. Left keys with the housekeeper. Downtown/State street is the next street over/very walkable. "

"This hotel has a great location. All the staff are extremely friendly. We stayed at North Wing. It is very nice. Wonderful hallway. We had a room with double queen beds. The room is more spacious than normal hotel room. We would definitely stay at Harbor View Inn again next time we are back at Santa Barbara. "

"The location is excellent and the second floor patio has a great view. This old hotel has some beautiful details like tile floors and nice tile work in the bathroom. However, it’s clear they are relying on the location to sell the place and not bothering much with upkeep and service. Check-in was frustrating.
