"We stumbled on this place headed to Vegas to watch monday night football. Crystal checked me in and what a great employee she is. Very informative of the area and offered me some chocalate cookies. When we checked out the guy was the total opposite he lacks customer service times five. A friendly smile and a great personality goes a long way.
