"The exception was the front desk reception staff. Staff member Christofer was apparently in an accident. He could barely move due to pain, would not speak, and offered no information on our reservation. His associate was falling asleep and did not assist. "

"We traveled here with our two small children. Staff was nice and the food was decent. It was difficult to make reservations for the restaurants because we had to do it through the app ahead of time, but otherwise we had a nice time. Activities by the pool were fun!"

"Unique, large hotel. Good service staff at small pool bar in front of the beach excellent, Otavio was very attentive along with the other lady bartender. Food: It was hard to get in to the steak house, told no reservations required but that was not the case. Same for the sushi restaurant. One dinner at each would have been a better experiences as buffet eating gets old. "

"I have stayed here about 6 times and absolutely love it. The Adults only VIP area is quiet, private and the rooms are nice. The staff definitely maintains the cleanliness, there is plenty of food options, staff is very nice, Marcelo and Cruz have remembered my family and I year after year and they go above and beyond. Entertainment is great, great beach access. I’m excited to be back next year after renovations! "
