"Staffing great, overall clean. The only thing I hate is that on the first day I arrived, try to book restaurant for dinner but everything already full for the whole week so inclusive means nothing to me now…… i have to eat buffet everyday and the food is just average….."

"The food alone at this resort made it well worth the price. There was such a variety of options, with many excellent restaurants to choose from. My only wish was for there to be more Mexican food options displaying the diverse gastronomy of the country. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful to us, especially when we wanted to book excursions or ask about seeing the physician at the resort. Overall, they made you feel like you were very important to them. "

"Overall nice property. A bit rundown, some areas actually fell from the rooftop. Very nice staff from the moment we pulled up, everyone had EXCELLENT customer service!! Food was meh… always lukewarm. The only hot food was Hibachi. Hugo was awesome. Angelo and Richard were the best! Our room attendant did an excellent job cleaning our room. "
