"While the property was clean it is getting old. The bathroom shower leaked onto the floor because the casinos were rusting and warped. Additionally, many of the elevators were out of service requiring a walk around and stairs, which because of arthritis I struggled to navigate. The staff was lovely, friendly and attentive, I particularly recommend Silvia in the spa for a massage, excellent! All the food offered in the restaurants was good, but not notable. One real complaint was the car...

"Our stay at Lula was short but wonderful. The room itself is few steps from the beach which is a big plus. We stayed in the beach side of the property, and the room was bright, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. The location of the hotel is perfect also, far from the noise of all the clubs and dancing restaurants but still in a reasonable walking distance (10/15 min). This place will clearly be my go to in Tulum. "
