"Loved their food. For an all inclusive resort, the food was amazing! Best tacos I’ve had in my life!! Room and property was clean. Beach was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Only downside is the Japanese and Italian restaurants are hard to get into and we unfortunately did not get into the Italian restaurant. Talking to regulars there, they said those two restaurants have seats held for members which causes it to fill up quicker for non members like us. "

"This is one of the most beautiful resorts we’ve ever stayed at . The grounds are immaculate and a tropical paradise. We stayed in Family Select kantenah. The room was an Ambassador suite ( which was a free upgrade) - it was 2 rooms with a full bathroom in 1 and a toilet/sink in the other. Worked very convenient for us and our 2 teenagers. "We had an amazing stay and are already planning a return trip in November. The whole property was meticulously maintained and cleaned."

"Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. "
