"We came here for our honeymoon for a few days, definitely need at least a week to get to know the whole resort! We were treated like royalty the moment we walked into the hotel. There’s so many dining options, entertainment, pools and activities ! We will be coming back for a longer time. "

"The food was great both the buffets and the ala carts were wonderful we tried both rodizio the brazillian bbq which was fantastic and brasserie twice. We enjoyed the food but the service was top notch we got to know our server at brasserie Roger who our kiddos adored and was very accommodating. The resort is big especially if you visit everywhere so there is a bit of walking involved which we didn’t mind but others may want to be aware of (this of course depends on your room location) using the bud is very helpful. Had a blast and it was all wonderful the ground were clean the food was good the staff were top notch I can’t say enough nice things and can’t wait to come back"

"Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were exceptional. Special shout out to Alejandro at the pool. We went with a group of 16 and always made sure we had what we needed throughout the day and made our experience great."

"Seaweed season had no ideas we needed to take that into consideration. The smell was bad day and night. Wasn’t able to enjoy the beach at all due to the massive amounts of seaweed. Staff was super great and amazing. Rooms were great. Except patio pools had algae and animal poop in it. Food and restaurant were amazing. But should be open later than 8pm Bar should be open later than 12 especially during the summer. Property was beautiful. Entertainment was great as well. "

"The transportation from hotel to airport had a problem, because the drivers aren’t able to enter to the hotel lobby to call the passengers and some passengers need to take taxis. In my experience. I was in the Lobby one hour before the pick up time and never the driver call me, when I going to make complaint the representative person of the transportation company told me that the driver filled a no show report with the name of bell boy completely false. I was lucky the a bus from other company accepted ride me to the airport after transportation company request for solving my problem. "
