"stayed in a swim up suite, and loved the pool access and swim up bar access. wonderful dining options at this resort. our only issue was with the room selection thru expedia. we were led to believe by expedia that this room was available with two beds (it was a girls trip) but at check in found out it was only available with one king bed. checking the resort website would have clarified that. not reading the small print on the expedia site (bed request not guaranteed) led to a little awkward sleeping situation but we made the best of it. Also, the bathrooms are just open areas to the rest of the room, with transparent doors on the toilet and shower - FYI not good for privacy!"

"ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! We were blown away with this resort. From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, the service was spectacular. The resort is absolutely stunning from all the buildings, the pools, landscape and, most importantly, the beach! Incredible variety of food options (all excellent) and you can easily get a table at any of your choosing. Our Butler, Edith, did a phenomenal job making our stay so special. She organized all of our reservations, and did extra things to make my birthday so special. She truly made our trip perfect. My husband and I usually don't repeat trips, but we fell in love with this place, and we will be back with lots of friends. "

"This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic. I highly recommend this resort if you are looking to have fun! There is always something to do here or you can just relax and not be bothered! The beach does have quite a lot of locals trying to sell you something though! We had a leak in our air conditioner and it was fixed immediately upon sending in the repair request to concierge, otherwise the room was quiet and cool! The staff are for the most part very upbeat and excited to assist! I recommend booking your dinners for the week upon arrival as dinner time slots go fast. We did not have any negative dinner experiences however the buffets are hit and miss(to be expected at all inclusive). "

"Was a great choice for a family. Water slides and activities were great for all ages of kids. Kids club was nice, not a lot of engagement from staff but they were kind and the indoor ball pit and outdoor equipment my kids loved. Only complaint was if you wanted a warm shower you had to time it to get hot water and if you did you needed to make your shower quick or water was cold within 2 minutes. Staff at resort were all kind and welcoming. "
