"The room was spacious, a bit dated but the bathroom was exactly as the pictured showed - luxurious! The balcony on the waterfront is so pretty although there is not much of a view of the city. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The breakfast was one of my favourites! And the Saigon restaurant staff and staff at the Italian restaurant treated you like kings and queens, thank you to the lovely staff who served us."
