"After a smooth airport pick up arranged by Meritel, we were greeted with tea and cold towels in the beautiful French Colonial boutique hotel in the heart of old town Hanoi. Judy and Katy at the front desk were always helpful, arranging tours, making excellent dining and shopping suggestions and basically seeing to all our needs. William at the rooftop bar and Emma in the restaurant were also attentive and informative. The room faced the busy street but was very quiet. Bit cold for a rooftop swim...
