"My wife and I had a fantastic three-night stay here in late October. The location is perfect! It is at the center of Hanoi, across from the lake, and within the market area. And the staff is super-friendly and attentive! We had a small issue with shower water dripping onto the bathroom floor, but the staff was very apologetic and did all they could to make amends. Our room with an outdoor veranda had some view but the lake was covered by trees., but the perfect spot to take in Hanoi...

"I spent six night at Aira Boutique, four before a Halong Bay cruise and two after. The first four nights were in one of the larger rooms, with a balcony at tree level above the main street. The last nights were in a regular sized room with a tiny balcony without much of a view. Both rooms were great. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they set up my Halong Bay tour at a time when lots of things were booked. I felt welcome and "seen." AC and Wifi worked great. Great shower too. ...

"The staff was incredible! Even though we only stayed one night, they upgraded our room and prepared a spa room for us to shower after we checked out before we took a night bus. Very comfortable hotel as well!"

"Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices. "
