"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. "The woman and young man who work at night are very nice. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls in the area. With that said, there was gum on the wall and sticky stuff in the fridge. The sheets weren’t clean and WiFi and power were inconsistent. I had to get a chair and unplug and replug the WiFi box in the hall every hour if I wanted to use it (and I needed it for work). OK for locals, not great for tourists."

"Can’t really review this property as we didn’t end up staying here. The Actual location was 45 minute taxi out of Hanoi although map suggested it was central. We cancelled en route (with full refund from hotels.com) and booked elsewhere. "

" A very comfortable, and remarkably quiet oasis amongst the busy streets of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. The staff were AMAZING, so hospitable, kind and caring. The location was excellent with so many restaurants, spas and coffee shops within very close proximity."
